Jose Lertxun hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Epifanio Modestio took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hector Precioso. Hector Precioso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, El triángulo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Urbano Kauldi came free, but Hector Precioso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Chivilcoy FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jose Lertxun hit a great ball. Epifanio Modestio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Precioso having to interfere. After 16 minutes, Zeledon Hibai made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Chivilcoy FC's Samuel Guillelmus tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Fulgencio Ur hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Zeledon Hibai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Guillelmus having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fulgencio Ur in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samuel Guillelmus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chivilcoy FC's Samuel Guillelmus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Cordeara in the 30th minute of play. Hector Precioso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Kauldi in the 32nd minute of play. Fulgencio Ur hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Generoso Unai during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 41stth minute of the game Zeledon Hibai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chivilcoy FC's Samuel Guillelmus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Luis Cordeara made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Luis Cordeara managed to get in a good position for a shot. El triángulo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Cordeara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuel Guillelmus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zeledon Hibai in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Samuel Guillelmus, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 60th minute, El triángulo FC's Luis Cordeara ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Samuel Guillelmus. Samuel Guillelmus yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. After some careless play in the El triángulo FC defense, Ambrosio Romildo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hector Precioso. The El triángulo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hector Precioso should have stopped the shot. After 75 played minutes Chivilcoy FC got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Romildo. Samuel Guillelmus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zeledon Hibai in the 76th minute. Luis Cordeara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel Guillelmus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Cordeara, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Luis Cordeara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Guillelmus having to interfere. Zeledon Hibai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Samuel Guillelmus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jose Lertxun hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. El triángulo FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
