Spectators: 7220 (Terracing: 5416, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Desiderio Abastas got the match started through his kick off. Ciudadela's Cristian Eguen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Ciudadela from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Talita's Camilo Venceslas got a free kick in the 6th minute. Aquilino Lluques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Gaztea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonel Gaztea in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aquilino Lluques prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 12 minutes into the match, Talita's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Gaztea came free, but Aquilino Lluques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, Fernan Madeo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristian Eguen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciro Uxio in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute, Siro Estevon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18thth minute of the game Leonel Gaztea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Talita's Aquilino Lluques was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 21 minutes, Siro Estevon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ciudadela and the Talita players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ciudadela's Siro Estevon got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, Christian Savier fired a really elegant long shot, but Cristian Eguen threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Cristian Eguen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciro Uxio in the 24th minute. With his leg Cristian Eguen managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Talita's Ciro Uxio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Talita's zone, Alfredo Llin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquilino Lluques came out of the goal and Alfredo Llin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Leonel Gaztea made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Alfredo Llin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Desiderio Abastas scored 1-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristian Eguen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 63rd minute, Alfredo Llin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aquilino Lluques was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After having played for 66 minutes, Ciro Uxio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciro Uxio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonel Gaztea's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Aquilino Lluques skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 71stth minute of the game Desiderio Abastas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ciudadela's Cristian Eguen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cristian Eguen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Uxio in the 73rd minute of play. With a little luck, Talita's Aquilino Lluques got control of the ball when Osvaldo Tab tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80th minute, Leonel Gaztea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee gave Ciudadela a penalty, 92 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Osvaldo Tab, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Talita's Aquilino Lluques. 1-3. 97 minutes into the game, Talita's Ciro Uxio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristian Eguen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Ciudadela's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
