Spectators: 7364 (Terracing: 5524, Seating: 1693, VIP seats: 147) Gregorio Horado started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the game, Romeo Laurin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jacinto Piarres. Romeo Laurin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romeo Laurin got free with Jacinto Piarres in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Cordarryl in the 11th minute of play forced Puyel's goalkeeper Gustavo Urtzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Kiola FC's goalkeeper Jacinto Piarres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iker Gonchan. After 20 played minutes Kiola FC got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Cordarryl. Jacinto Piarres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Laurin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iker Gonchan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jacinto Piarres firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to Puyel getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Marcelino Lizbeth hit a great ball. Iker Gonchan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Piarres having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kiola FC's Hector Igon got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 44th minute, Marcelino Lizbeth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 48 minutes Kiola FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Romeo Laurin who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Puyel's corner Romeo Laurin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jacinto Piarres quite easily take care of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Romeo Laurin made the kick off in the second half. Kiola FC's Jacinto Piarres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Gonchan in the 52nd minute of play. Jacinto Piarres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iker Gonchan in the 55th minute of the match. After 55 played minutes Puyel got a freekick which was hit by Ulises Frasco. After a defensive mix-up in Kiola FC's zone, Iker Gonchan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacinto Piarres came out of the goal and Iker Gonchan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Romeo Laurin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Piarres having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Kiola FC's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Laurin came free, but Jacinto Piarres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Remigio charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Remigio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Kiola FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Daniel Remigio hit a great ball. After having played for 78 minutes, Romeo Laurin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Puyel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romeo Laurin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romeo Laurin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Horacio Martino got free with Gustavo Urtzi in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Puyel had played much better football throughout.
