Spectators: 7097 (Terracing: 5432, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Santiago Vimaro got the match started through his kick off. Cornelio Maju scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Apolo Ler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltasar Jaunzuria in the 11th minute of play forced Golondrinas's goalkeeper Apolo Ler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cornelio Maju came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Real Bañil CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cornelio Maju couldn't finish the play. In the 14th minute Cornelio Maju shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Ler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Vimaro in the 18th minute of play forced Real Bañil CF's goalkeeper Esteban Manuelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Cornelio Maju had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Baltasar Jaunzuria's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Apolo Ler was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Real Bañil CF's Cornelio Maju got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute, Cornelio Maju fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. 31 minutes into the game, Carlos Claus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Golondrinas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Bañil CF the free kick. In the 31st minute, Carlos Claus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Santiago Vimaro came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Golondrinas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santiago Vimaro couldn't finish the play. Santiago Vimaro struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Esteban Manuelo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golondrinas. 42 minutes into the match, Golondrinas's goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Jaunzuria came free, but Apolo Ler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Alejo Bartoleme kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Esteban Manuelo. That made the score 1-1 in the 43 minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Cornelio Maju recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baltasar Jaunzuria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Apolo Ler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Golondrinas's zone, Cornelio Maju stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apolo Ler came out of the goal and Cornelio Maju tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baltasar Jaunzuria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Baltasar Jaunzuria kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 74th minute Alejo Bartoleme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Manuelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baltasar Jaunzuria in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Apolo Ler, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Cornelio Maju had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 87 in the game by Cornelio Maju from a close distance when the talented Apolo Ler managed to make a qualified save. Golondrinas's players were relieved. Apolo Ler was a little too slow when Cornelio Maju got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 1-2. Cornelio Maju fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Ler having to interfere.
