An unexpectedly hard shot by Cirilo Figueroa in the 95th minute of play forced Médanos AFC's goalkeeper Patricio Nastasio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Médanos AFC had won after a very even match.
