The crowd rose to their feet as Tres Arroyos F.C.'s Casimiro Tano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Erasmo Lordi. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. 12 minutes into the match, Pavón's goalkeeper Erasmo Lordi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Efrain Aurken. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Casimiro Tano in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erasmo Lordi saved Pavón from getting behind. 17 minutes into the match, Tres Arroyos F.C.'s Casimiro Tano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erasmo Lordi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Pavón's Erasmo Lordi got control of the ball when Efrain Aurken tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonas Iigo kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Mauro Incendio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute, German Gaztea sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pavón's Erasmo Lordi didn't even have to move. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erubiel Gotzon in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Aimar saved Tres Arroyos F.C. from getting behind. In the 31st minute, Gustavo Cordarrell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hugo Aimar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Cordarrell in the 33rd minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Tres Arroyos F.C.'s German Gaztea broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Pavón's Erasmo Lordi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Pavón from getting a goal against them. The attack was good, but when Casimiro Tano in the 46th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Celedonio Ursino hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gustavo Cordarrell was the one to do the kick off. Cesar Palos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Lordi having to interfere. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugo Aimar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Efrain Aurken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Pavón's goal looked a bit too open when Casimiro Tano came free, but Erasmo Lordi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Casimiro Tano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Erasmo Lordi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tres Arroyos F.C.'s Hugo Aimar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Tres Arroyos F.C. from getting a goal against them. Erasmo Lordi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Tano in the 95th minute of play. Tres Arroyos F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
