Mauro Corderun kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Caio Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Norino having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Emiliano Seber notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Las Pelotas F.C.'s Isaias Norino. Isaias Norino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Caio Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Las Pelotas F.C.'s Isaias Norino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Weterio in the 16th minute of play. The supporters of Monte FC booed when Las Pelotas F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Corderun didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Las Pelotas F.C. defense, Haroldo Weterio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isaias Norino. The Las Pelotas F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isaias Norino should have stopped the shot. Caio Lara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Haroldo Weterio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Isaias Norino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With 38 minutes on the clock, Uriel Matxin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Mauro Corderun's late challenge caught a Monte FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mauro Corderun helped the player get up and apologised. Orlando Muc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Arturo Barto made a huge save. Orlando Muc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Barto having to interfere. After the first half Monte FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Caio Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Orlando Muc came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Las Pelotas F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orlando Muc couldn't finish the play. Orlando Muc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Arturo Barto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orlando Muc struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Arturo Barto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Las Pelotas F.C.. Haroldo Weterio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Isaias Norino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haroldo Weterio in the 85th minute of play forced Las Pelotas F.C.'s goalkeeper Isaias Norino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Caio Lara struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Isaias Norino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monte FC. If Caio Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Caio Lara came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Monte FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caio Lara couldn't finish the play. Juan Corderro hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Isaias Norino made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Emiliano Seber sent off a good shot on target. Monte FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
