Judiciales FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Austral FC the free kick. In the 5th match minute, Judiciales FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Petri to maneuver through the defense. Reynaldo Rubio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alejo Pereyra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Austral FC's Marcial Ipar got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Reynaldo Rubio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Alejo Pereyra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Judiciales FC's Alejo Pereyra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Ipar in the 14th minute of play. A collision led to Judiciales FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Silvano Nevada hit a great ball. After having played for 19 minutes, Marcial Ipar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Austral FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcial Ipar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alejo Pereyra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Dodorol, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After 24 played minutes Judiciales FC got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Gizon. Orlando Gizon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Austral FC's Ricardo Etor got control of the ball when Orlando Gizon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eusebio Dodorol charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eusebio Dodorol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 36 played minutes Austral FC got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Dodorol. The Austral FC fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Austral FC's Reynaldo Rubio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alejo Pereyra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Dodorol, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The Judiciales FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Austral FC were winning 0-2.

A collision led to Austral FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Eusebio Dodorol hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Judiciales FC's zone, Marcial Ipar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejo Pereyra came out of the goal and Marcial Ipar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Atilano Norino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Remigio Filipo fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Judiciales FC's protests and gave Remigio Filipo a yellow card for diving instead. Jose Osoitz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ricardo Etor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Reynaldo Rubio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Remigio Filipo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Austral FC's Marcial Ipar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alejo Pereyra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Reynaldo Rubio fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Austral FC's protests and gave Reynaldo Rubio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st match minute, Austral FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Rubio to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute of the game Rogelio Cordarius made a throw-in which Cayetano Gabirel played forward. After 93 minutes, Amadeo Gombal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Austral FC and the Judiciales FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ramiro Lico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Alejo Pereyra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Austral FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
