Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute Albano Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Montxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Chumillo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Montay came free, but Remigio Llanos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remigio Llanos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Servando, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Conrado Rik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Montxo having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Chumillo AFC's Eugenio Arias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilberto Montxo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Servando in the 18th minute of play forced Chumillo AFC's goalkeeper Remigio Llanos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximino Servando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Remigio Llanos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remigio Llanos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Endira in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Lugones's Maximino Servando nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Remigio Llanos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 26 minutes into the match, Chumillo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Servando came free, but Remigio Llanos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 28 minutes, Albano Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chumillo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albano Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Remigio Llanos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Endira in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd match minute, Chumillo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Arias to maneuver through the defense. Eugenio Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivan Orkatz during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Chumillo AFC booed when Lugones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Orkatz didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The wind increased when Maximino Servando made the kick off in the second half. Gilberto Montxo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eugenio Arias's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute, Urbano Endira made a precise shot to the right of Remigio Llanos. Chumillo AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Eugenio Arias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chumillo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugenio Arias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gilberto Montxo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lugones's Gilberto Montxo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Arias in the 70th minute of play. Gilberto Montxo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albano Santos went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Teodosio Sarracino hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Chumillo AFC's zone, Arturo Montay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remigio Llanos came out of the goal and Arturo Montay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Remigio Llanos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Montay in the 92nd minute of the match. Eugenio Arias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Lugones players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
