The audience was convinced that Erasmo Teyo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramon Rafe was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 15th match minute, Chicago F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Iturri to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Erasmo Teyo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Hacha's supporters rose to their feet, but Erasmo Teyo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramon Rafe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iker Panpili recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chicago F.C.'s Ramon Rafe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Teyo in the 27th minute of play. Iker Chorache charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iker Chorache the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cristo Sandaili sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the match, Deportivo Hacha's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Sandaili came free, but Eugenio Tiniebra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iker Chorache got his second yellow card in the match during the 33rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 41st minute Cristo Sandaili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Tiniebra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

After 52 played minutes Deportivo Hacha got a freekick which was hit by Lucio Arnau. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristo Sandaili got free with Eugenio Tiniebra in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 56 minutes into the match, Chicago F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lucio Arnau came free, but Ramon Rafe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 58 minutes, Cristo Sandaili managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chicago F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristo Sandaili was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chicago F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erasmo Teyo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0.
