Julio Panfilo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Armando Columbo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robustiano Brais in the 28th minute of play. Dellas sporting club's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Iker Baleren 31 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. In the 40th minute Robustiano Brais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Columbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iker Baleren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Cachirulo AFC's Rene Manni got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute, Laureano Maule hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tobias Silvanito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee ignored Dellas sporting club's protests and gave Raimundo Ekaitz a yellow card for diving instead. Tobias Silvanito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tobias Silvanito got free with Armando Columbo in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dellas sporting club's Julio Panfilo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Baleren in the 96th minute of play. Many of Dellas sporting club's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Dellas sporting club may have spent more time on the ball, but Cachirulo AFC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
