A very good chance for a goal. 12 minutes into the match, La Promesa Granate's goal looked a bit too open when Bonifacio Aurken came free, but Serafin Austin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teo Ramirez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Columbo having to interfere. Aquiles Osoitz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Armando Columbo having to make a save. In the 23rd minute Rene Manni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Austin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 26 minutes, Uriel Rexino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cachirulo AFC and the La Promesa Granate players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 27 played minutes Cachirulo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Rexino. Serafin Austin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bonifacio Aurken in the 29th minute of play. Armando Columbo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teo Ramirez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serafin Austin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Manni, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Cachirulo AFC's zone, Aquiles Osoitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armando Columbo came out of the goal and Aquiles Osoitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cachirulo AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Teo Ramirez 36 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. When Teo Ramirez came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the La Promesa Granate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teo Ramirez couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teo Ramirez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With 53 minutes on the clock, Bartolo Honrio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 52 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for La Promesa Granate! La Promesa Granate's Serafin Austin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save La Promesa Granate from getting a goal against them. When La Promesa Granate's Teo Ramirez in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Serafin Austin was a little too slow when Maximo Bartoleme got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 1-3. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Iker Baleren took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Serafin Austin to make any attempt to save it. When La Promesa Granate's Teo Ramirez in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience was convinced that Teo Ramirez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armando Columbo was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cachirulo AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
