C. A. GüEMES's Gilberto Salvidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Cebo in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Sergio Theodore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Buenos Muchachos FC's Mauro Sasoin tried to score from far away in the 7th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A hard shot 9 in the game by Jonas Fidencio from a close distance when the talented Gilberto Salvidor managed to make a qualified save. C. A. GüEMES's players were relieved. In the 15th minute, Herminio Felipo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Faustino Quiroga came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Buenos Muchachos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Faustino Quiroga couldn't finish the play. Vladimiro Kimetz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Aznaro in the 21st minute of the match. Faustino Quiroga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Gilberto Salvidor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilfredo Cebo struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Gilberto Salvidor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buenos Muchachos FC. Fabio Lando kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Faustino Quiroga in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gilberto Salvidor, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 29 minutes into the match, C. A. GüEMES's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Cebo came free, but Gilberto Salvidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C. A. GüEMES's Gilberto Salvidor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save C. A. GüEMES from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, C. A. GüEMES's Sergio Theodore got a free kick in the 31st minute. Wilfredo Cebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Gilberto Salvidor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes in the game, Jonas Fidencio fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Gilberto Salvidor having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cipriano Mero during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Buenos Muchachos FC booed when C. A. GüEMES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Mero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilberto Salvidor was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jonas Fidencio. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Wilfredo Cebo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gilberto Salvidor to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicolas Aznaro was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Buenos Muchachos FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Herminio Felipo hit a great ball. When Buenos Muchachos FC's Wilfredo Cebo in 54 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Gilberto Salvidor guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Cipriano Mero got his second yellow card in the match during the 57th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In a very dangerous position, a player in C. A. GüEMES fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 56th minute. Penalty! Gilberto Salvidor had in the 59thth minute some difficulties stopping Mauro Sasoin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by C. A. GüEMES's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mauro Sasoin was slow to take the kick. During this time Buenos Muchachos FC's players had a chance to rest. Faustino Quiroga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faustino Quiroga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute, Wilfredo Cebo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilberto Salvidor was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After 92 played minutes C. A. GüEMES got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Lando. Wilfredo Cebo struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Gilberto Salvidor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buenos Muchachos FC. Herminio Felipo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Gilberto Salvidor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Buenos Muchachos FC had played much better football throughout.
