Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the match, Fogonero's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Normando came free, but Lorenzo Fraco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th match minute, Santo Evangelio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Normando to maneuver through the defense. Elias Loiola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Lorenzo Fraco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 11 minutes, Amador Normando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santo Evangelio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amador Normando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th match minute, Santo Evangelio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Abajas to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Ferran struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Dante Mino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fogonero. Lorenzo Fraco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amador Normando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorenzo Fraco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amador Normando's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benjamin Fernandez during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Carlos Ferran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Mino having to interfere. After 40 played minutes Santo Evangelio got a freekick which was hit by Robustiano Abajas. Lorenzo Fraco made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Elias Loiola sent off a good shot on target. If Amador Normando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amador Normando to make the kick off. Fogonero's Vicente Truylos got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Fogonero getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Celedonio Tibalt hit a great ball. Fogonero's Lorenzo Fraco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Loiola in the 59th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Fogonero's zone, Elias Loiola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenzo Fraco came out of the goal and Elias Loiola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Santo Evangelio fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Santo Evangelio's Amador Normando looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Celedonio Tibalt's late challenge caught a Santo Evangelio's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celedonio Tibalt helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Fogonero's Celedonio Tibalt got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 70th minute Amador Normando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Fraco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Generoso Bibiano kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Lorenzo Fraco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Normando in the 75th minute of play. Robustiano Abajas's late challenge caught a Fogonero's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
