Spectators: 6661 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Samuel Olentzaro started the match with the kick off. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ruperto Bakar sped through Porco Rex FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anastasio Arnau. 12 minutes into the game, Godfredo Acevedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yaros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Porco Rex FC the free kick. Godfredo Acevedo hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 13 minutes into the match, Porco Rex FC's Flavio Donzel broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 16th minute Ruperto Bakar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasio Arnau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ruperto Bakar came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Yaros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruperto Bakar couldn't finish the play. After the first half Yaros were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Melquiades Nardo made a kick off. When Leopoldo Sein fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Porco Rex FC's protests and gave Leopoldo Sein a yellow card for diving instead. In the 52nd minute, Leopoldo Sein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ruperto Bakar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Anastasio Arnau made a huge save. In the 55th match minute, Porco Rex FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anibal Silvino to maneuver through the defense. If Orlando Chap had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anastasio Arnau made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Ruperto Bakar sent off a good shot on target. Anastasio Arnau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruperto Bakar in the 61st minute. When Ruperto Bakar came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Yaros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruperto Bakar couldn't finish the play. Felix Abreu struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Anastasio Arnau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yaros. Amador Oier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Octavio Lohitzun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elvio Tiso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Lohitzun having to interfere. In the 76th minute Elvio Tiso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Lohitzun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruperto Bakar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Arnau having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Yaros's zone, Elvio Tiso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octavio Lohitzun came out of the goal and Elvio Tiso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yaros's Octavio Lohitzun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Tiso in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Yaros's goal looked a bit too open when Elvio Tiso came free, but Octavio Lohitzun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Porco Rex FC booed when Yaros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Olentzaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Yaros eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
