In the 3rd minute, Rogelio Isias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Filip Harman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wilfredo Bastian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Haritz, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filip Harman in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilfredo Bastian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wilfredo Bastian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Haritz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidoro Haritz took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilfredo Bastian. Wilfredo Bastian dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Segundo Tercero kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Filip Harman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfredo Bastian having to interfere. Placido Ceandro hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Filip Harman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilfredo Bastian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Wilfredo Bastian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Haritz in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Haritz in the 36th minute of play forced Onzos's goalkeeper Wilfredo Bastian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Yacuchirí AFC booed when Onzos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Goito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filip Harman in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilfredo Bastian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Isidoro Haritz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wilfredo Bastian was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. After 48 minutes, Dante Gonza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yacuchirí AFC and the Onzos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filip Harman made a kick off. Isidoro Haritz might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilfredo Bastian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isidoro Haritz ran back to his position shaking his head. 60 minutes into the match, Faustino Manuelo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Yacuchirí AFC's Ernesto Gaitan. Ernesto Gaitan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 64 minutes, Teobaldo Jerrold managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yacuchirí AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teobaldo Jerrold was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wilfredo Bastian made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Filip Harman sent off a good shot on target. In the 71stth minute of the game Filip Harman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Onzos's Wilfredo Bastian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 72 minutes into the game, Isidoro Haritz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wilfredo Bastian. Isidoro Haritz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Isidoro Haritz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilfredo Bastian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Filip Harman in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Wilfredo Bastian, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 79th minute, one of Onzos:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Onzos. Wilfredo Bastian went to the wrong direction when Teobaldo Jerrold was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Yacuchirí AFC's Isidoro Haritz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wilfredo Bastian. That made the score 1-3 after 87 minutes of play. Isidoro Haritz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Wilfredo Bastian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Yacuchirí AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Onzos throughout the match.
