Santiago Francho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Victor Karmel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Santiago Francho. Miraflores's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Karmel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. centralfc's Pedro Abalos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save centralfc from getting a goal against them. After 18 played minutes Miraflores got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Fero. After 20th play minutes Victor Karmel shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Santiago Francho and just under the crossbar into goal. Jacobo Romildo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Miraflores's Teofilo Fero got a free kick in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the game, centralfc's Jacobo Romildo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Santiago Francho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. If Victor Karmel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Delmiro Serapio's late challenge caught a centralfc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delmiro Serapio helped the player get up and apologised. Delmiro Serapio kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, centralfc's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Salvino came free, but Pedro Abalos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Miraflores's zone, Jacobo Romildo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santiago Francho came out of the goal and Jacobo Romildo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Santiago Francho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Sendoa in the 48th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Santiago Francho came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by centralfc's Maximiliano Azubeli. But to his dismay, Maximiliano Azubeli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. When Victor Karmel came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the centralfc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Karmel couldn't finish the play. In the 57th match minute, Miraflores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Fero to maneuver through the defense. 58 minutes into the match, Miraflores's goalkeeper Santiago Francho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacobo Romildo. Victor Karmel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Arsenio Sendoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Jacobo Romildo managed to get in a good position for a shot. centralfc's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacobo Romildo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santiago Francho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedro Abalos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Salvino in the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Jacobo Romildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes into the game, Valentin Piorno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. centralfc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Miraflores the free kick.
