After having played for 6 minutes, Marciano Bastia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Despedida's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marciano Bastia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Casimiro Petri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Despedida's Lisandro Ler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Despedida from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Marciano Bastia sped through Menga38's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Filomeno Crescencio. Filomeno Crescencio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marciano Bastia's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After 31 played minutes Casimiro Petri rounded Despedida's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. Filomeno Crescencio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonas Umea went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. 37 minutes into the game, Jonas Umea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Filomeno Crescencio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 42nd minute Marciano Bastia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Crescencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Despedida's Marciano Bastia got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 44 minutes, Aldo Perico mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Menga38 and the Despedida players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th match minute, Menga38 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Perico to maneuver through the defense. Filomeno Crescencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marciano Bastia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 played minutes Menga38 got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Perutxo.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marciano Bastia made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Bastia in the 54th minute of play forced Menga38's goalkeeper Filomeno Crescencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Menga38's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Marciano Bastia 61 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-6. After 64 played minutes Marciano Bastia rounded Menga38's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-7. Filomeno Crescencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marciano Bastia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alejo Elizardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Filomeno Crescencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Despedida were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Menga38's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Laureano Gaizkine took the corner. Eulalio Benet thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Filomeno Crescencio, a very annoying self made goal in the 74th minute which led to 1-8. Jonas Umea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, Menga38's goal looked a bit too open when Marciano Bastia came free, but Filomeno Crescencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Menga38's Filomeno Crescencio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Menga38 from getting a goal against them. In the 86th minute, Marciano Bastia fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Filomeno Crescencio, passed just outside the right post. With his leg Filomeno Crescencio managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Despedida's Jonas Umea fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jonas Umea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marciano Bastia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Filomeno Crescencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Despedida could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Menga38 throughout the match.
