C from getting a goal against them. Adan Virila who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Candido Romano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Adan Virila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Candido Romano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Eliseo Opilano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Candido Romano was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. C's Candido Romano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestre Mancio in the 38th minute of play. In the 59th minute Adan Virila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candido Romano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ovex F. C's Guillermo Gonsalve got a free kick in the 59th minute. Eliseo Opilano took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Candido Romano. Candido Romano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Ovex F. C's Candido Romano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Opilano in the 70th minute of play. Guillermo Gonsalve's late challenge caught a Ezpeleta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The referee gave Damaso Irrintzi a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Ezpeleta FC booed when Ovex F. C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damaso Irrintzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Eliseo Opilano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ezpeleta FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ovex F. C the free kick. A collision led to Ovex F. C getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Guillermo Gonsalve hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ezpeleta FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ovex F. C had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
