Spectators: 6656 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 0) Augusto Asteri made the kick off and thus started the match. Humberto Otsando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Freddy Martxot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Gabino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 9 minutes of play, Arenales's Eugenio Gabino made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Freddy Martxot was left in no man's land by his defense there! 12 minutes into the game, Aureliano Leocadio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arenales's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arano the free kick. After 12 played minutes Arenales got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Leocadio. Zeledon Timo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramon Perez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. After 20 minutes, Virgilio Santio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arano and the Arenales players grew even worse after the yellow card. 24 minutes into the match, Arano's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Asteri came free, but Freddy Martxot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Freddy Martxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Gabino in the 25th minute of play. Augusto Asteri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Arano getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Celedonio Salvidor hit a great ball. Arenales's Eugenio Gabino got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute Eugenio Gabino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Martxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Arano's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Asteri came free, but Freddy Martxot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Arano's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Gabino came free, but Freddy Martxot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Arenales getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Benito Fernanco hit a great ball. Arano's Zeledon Timo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Arenales. If Eugenio Gabino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute Augusto Asteri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Martxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramon Perez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erubiel Cordarryl's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Eugenio Gabino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Martxot having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Eugenio Gabino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th minute, Eugenio Gabino fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Augusto Asteri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Freddy Martxot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eugenio Gabino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erubiel Cordarryl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 89 minutes into the game, Norberto Olando cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ramon Perez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Augusto Asteri kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Freddy Martxot. That made the score 1-2 in the 94 minute of play.
