In the 14th match minute, Hipolito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Silban to maneuver through the defense. Matias Garikoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Baraquiel in the 17th minute of the match. Eulalio Elazars short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Nemesio Lalla to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Black Camotes's Nemesio Lalla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Silban in the 27th minute of play. Gilberto Maureo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Garikoitz having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Jeremias Maxin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valentin Baraquiel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matias Garikoitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. After having played for 36 minutes, Gilberto Maureo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Black Camotes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilberto Maureo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dante Silban to strike the kick off in the second half. Leandro Benat lost his temper 53 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 52 minutes into the game, one of Black Camotes:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Hipolito FC a penalty, 55 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Donato Frascuelo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Black Camotes's Nemesio Lalla. 2-1. 65 minutes into the match, Gilberto Maureo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matias Garikoitz. Hipolito FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilberto Maureo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Hipolito FC's zone, Valentin Baraquiel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matias Garikoitz came out of the goal and Valentin Baraquiel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Black Camotes were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
