Spectators: 6656 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 0) Punua's Urbano Selatse started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Elpidio Etor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gervasio Gonza, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Gervasio Gonza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Etor having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Fernando Gorosti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SAMPA FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Thanks to some nice moves Erasmo Mark could shoot a difficult shot in the 10th minute, which Jonas Perpinya however easily saved by the left post. When Americo Dino came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the SAMPA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Americo Dino couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute Fernando Gorosti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Etor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute Urbano Selatse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Perpinya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Americo Dino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Punua's Urbano Selatse got a free kick in the 21st minute. Elpidio Etor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Gonza in the 22nd minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Americo Dino notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Punua's Elpidio Etor. Elpidio Etor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 34 minutes, Erasmo Mark managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Punua's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erasmo Mark was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonas Perpinya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erasmo Mark in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Urbano Selatse dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonas Perpinya, 1-2. Cosme Oihan charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cosme Oihan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 43rdth minute of the game Fernando Gorosti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Punua's Elpidio Etor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elpidio Etor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Dino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Punua's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Gorosti came free, but Elpidio Etor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Erasmo Mark hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elpidio Etor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Dino, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gervasio Gonza to strike the kick off in the second half. SAMPA FC's Atilano Fernandes got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 54th match minute, SAMPA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atilano Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute, Urbano Selatse made a precise shot to the right of Jonas Perpinya. SAMPA FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Americo Dino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Etor having to interfere. Atilano Fernandes hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. The supporters of Punua booed when SAMPA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Gorri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erasmo Mark kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, SAMPA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Mark came free, but Jonas Perpinya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Punua fans cheered their team off the field, for while SAMPA FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
