In the 14th minute Alfredo Raymond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Orlondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulino Natal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Aquiles Chuan fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored fortinfc's protests and gave Aquiles Chuan a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, fortinfc's Aquiles Chuan got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Aquiles Chuan hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After 26 played minutes fortinfc got a freekick which was hit by Aquiles Chuan. fortinfc's Melquiades Orlondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Natal in the 28th minute of play. After some careless play in the fortinfc defense, Paulino Natal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Melquiades Orlondo. The fortinfc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Melquiades Orlondo should have stopped the shot. Melquiades Orlondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulino Natal, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulino Natal was the one to do the kick off. Florentino Errapel took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Valente. After 74 played minutes Los Infernales got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Beturian. After a rather tough play, fortinfc's Aquiles Chuan got a free kick in the 78th minute. A collision led to fortinfc getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Hermengildo Emmanuel hit a great ball. In the 81st minute Lucas Baleren managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Niceto Pere hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. The supporters of Los Infernales booed when fortinfc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquiles Chuan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melquiades Orlondo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfredo Raymond in the 87th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredo Raymond got free with Melquiades Orlondo in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paulino Natal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alfredo Raymond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Infernales were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing fortinfc to leave the ground with a draw.
