The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacinto Egoi during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Uspallata AFC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Jacinto Egoi hit a great ball. With a little luck, Uspallata AFC's Saverio Jokin got control of the ball when Zacarias Enaut tried to sneak it across the goal line. Uspallata AFC's Saverio Jokin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Uspallata AFC from getting a goal against them. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pedro Kemen to strike the kick off in the second half. If Pedro Kemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Zacarias Enaut got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Arturo Koldobika managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Uspallata AFC's Froilan Soin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Atalaya's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Basilio Guipuzkoa scored to the left of an out of position Arturo Koldobika, making the score, 0-3. Zacarias Enaut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Atalaya's zone, Basilio Guipuzkoa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arturo Koldobika came out of the goal and Basilio Guipuzkoa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Saverio Jokin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Kemen, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Edgard Beliran kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Saverio Jokin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacarias Enaut in the 87th minute of the match. Saverio Jokin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Benat in the 91st minute of play. Efrain Ioritz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Ciriaco Oliverios was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 97 minutes had been played. The supporters of Atalaya booed when Uspallata AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciriaco Oliverios didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard and well directed shot from Joaquin Martinez led 99 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Uspallata AFC's Saverio Jokin became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 1-3. The Uspallata AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
