Spectators: 7285 (Terracing: 5466, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mauricio Abad started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Abad in the 3rd minute of play forced Calchín FC's goalkeeper Timoteo Bieito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Mauricio Abad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barreto's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauricio Abad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Timoteo Bieito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adan Torres hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Calchín FC's Timoteo Bieito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Abad in the 13th minute of play. In the 20th match minute, Calchín FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adan Torres to maneuver through the defense. Silvano Hodei shot a long shot in the 21st minute and a light blocked Timoteo Bieito hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 1-0. Timoteo Bieito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Abad, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Dalmacio Cisco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Laurendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the game, Mauricio Abad recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Timoteo Bieito. Mauricio Abad showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Thanks to some nice moves Victoriano Chepe could shoot a difficult shot in the 37th minute, which Timoteo Bieito however easily saved by the left post. Mauricio Abad might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Timoteo Bieito. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mauricio Abad ran back to his position shaking his head. Timoteo Bieito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Abad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Salvador Aurken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Cisco having to interfere. Timoteo Bieito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Abad in the 48th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Mauricio Laurendi made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Calchín FC defense, Mauricio Abad kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Timoteo Bieito. The Calchín FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Timoteo Bieito should have stopped the shot. If Jose Shepherd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nicasio Clementi's late challenge caught a Calchín FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicasio Clementi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Barreto's Nicasio Clementi got a free kick in the 60th minute. Timoteo Bieito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victoriano Chepe's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. A collision led to Calchín FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Bonifacio Cordarell hit a great ball. In the 66th minute Mauricio Abad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timoteo Bieito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Mauricio Abad put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Timoteo Bieito. Victoriano Chepe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Baldomero Chinto came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Barreto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomero Chinto couldn't finish the play. Salvador Aurken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Cisco having to interfere. Salvador Aurken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timoteo Bieito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benito Goren went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Timoteo Bieito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mauricio Abad's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. In the 97th minute Mauricio Abad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timoteo Bieito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barreto's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
