But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Camilo Kaiet couldn't finish the play. Leopoldo Eusko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Mauro Cuartio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severino Lucero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Generoso Inge in the 25th minute. If Generoso Inge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, Leopoldo Eusko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mauro Cuartio. Napaleofú FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leopoldo Eusko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Mauro Cuartio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camilo Kaiet in the 38th minute of the match. Camilo Kaiet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Mauro Cuartio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leopoldo Eusko made a kick off. After 54 minutes, Dante Oinatz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yupandú FC and the Napaleofú FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th match minute, Yupandú FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Oinatz to maneuver through the defense. Camilo Kaiet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The long shot by Hugo Quinito in the 69th minute really tested Mauro Cuartio's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Camilo Kaiet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauro Cuartio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Eusko, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Mauro Cuartio made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Camilo Kaiet sent off a good shot on target. In the 96th minute of the match Silvio Hodei sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Severino Lucero skillfully saved the ball.
