Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gessler's Niceto Peio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ascencio Viego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Urritz in the 11th minute of the match. The supporters of Gessler booed when la21 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Peruxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eulalio Delfino struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Cecilio Feo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gessler. Cristiano Natalucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Feo having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Cristiano Natalucci managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ascencio Viego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Larra, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Despite being the better team, Gessler failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
