The audience was convinced that Generoso Inge's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hilario Flores was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. After 17 minutes of play Napaleofú FC's Marcos Marin was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. If Generoso Inge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Felix Belmiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Napaleofú FC's Mauro Cuartio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonzo Dantae in the 38th minute of play. Mauro Cuartio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alonzo Dantae, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Feliberto Castel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Narciso Montae kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

Generoso Inge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erasmo Lalla got free with Hilario Flores in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Feliberto Castel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Napaleofú FC's Mauro Cuartio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Castel in the 74th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Alonzo Dantae managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carrizal AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alonzo Dantae was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Cuartio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Feliberto Castel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Mauro Cuartio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86thth minute of the game Alonzo Dantae who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Napaleofú FC's Mauro Cuartio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Feliberto Castel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the game, Generoso Inge cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Hilario Flores was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Napaleofú FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
