Sacachispas's Gilberto Garin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Sacachispas from getting a goal against them. Sacachispas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Cristian Arias scored to the left of an out of position Gilberto Garin, making the score, 2-0. Virgilio Ourente hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 30th minute by Cristian Arias got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 33rd match minute, Sacachispas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geronimo Xabat to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Alfredo Seme had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gilberto Garin. Sacachispas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfredo Seme was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After 44 played minutes Sacachispas got a freekick which was hit by Aquilino Shantala. Gilberto Garin made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Cristian Arias sent off a good shot on target.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elvio Jatsu made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Elvio Jatsu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Froilan Frechoso, passed just outside the right post. Sacachispas's Gilberto Garin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Llanos in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Arias in the 79th minute of play forced Sacachispas's goalkeeper Gilberto Garin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquilino Shantala kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Sacachispas were furious when Virgilio Ourente was red carded, 83 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sacachispas fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 82nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave GRANDT a penalty, 85 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bonifacio Sasoin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sacachispas's Gilberto Garin. 5-1. 89 minutes into the match, Cristian Arias notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Sacachispas's Gilberto Garin. Gilberto Garin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of GRANDT booed when Sacachispas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Lidon didn't get a good kick on the ball. GRANDT walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
