Jimeno Anaya charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jimeno Anaya the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Osvaldo Lastur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodrigo Hanot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Jerrold, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After 94 minutes, Jeremias Bittor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo San Mario and the C.D.y C.A. players grew even worse after the yellow card. 94 minutes into the game, one of Deportivo San Mario:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. C.D.y C.A.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
