Spectators: 7152 (Terracing: 5398, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aquiles Clodio started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Ermegildo Osoitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fulgencio Garin was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Dionisio Egoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gustavo Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Garin having to interfere. Gustavo Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ermegildo Osoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luisito Abancens charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luisito Abancens the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 38th minute, Luisito Abancens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Atletico Rafaela's Adolfo Jeraldo got a free kick in the 40th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Caras de Nutria F.C.'s Wilfredo Bortzaioriz tried to score from far away in the 42nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Fulgencio Garin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ermegildo Osoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ermegildo Osoitz to make the kick off. Ermegildo Osoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Garin having to interfere. Fulgencio Garin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermegildo Osoitz in the 55th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Caras de Nutria F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Aquiles Clodio came free, but Blas Lekubegi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Aquiles Clodio came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Atletico Rafaela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aquiles Clodio couldn't finish the play. Cristobal Medero hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute Dionisio Egoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blas Lekubegi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fulgencio Garin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Neto in the 75th minute of play. Dionisio Egoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Lekubegi having to interfere. Ladislao Weterio kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Blas Lekubegi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Caras de Nutria F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Aquiles Clodio scored to the left of an out of position Blas Lekubegi, making the score, 0-2. Atletico Rafaela's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
