In the 4th minute Teofilo Iban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Enaut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juan Markel got free with Esteban Enaut in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Esteban Enaut made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Juan Markel sent off a good shot on target. 9 minutes into the match, Los Pechos Frios FC's Teofilo Iban sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Esteban Enaut narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 10th match minute, Plomer AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Min to maneuver through the defense. Martin Efraim came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Plomer AFC's Anier Solustiano. But to his dismay, Anier Solustiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Teofilo Iban was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 17th minute. Los Pechos Frios FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Anier Solustiano put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Martin Efraim. 28 minutes into the match, Plomer AFC's goalkeeper Esteban Enaut had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juan Markel. In the 30th minute Anier Solustiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Efraim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Efraim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anier Solustiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Urtun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan Markel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Melchor Venceslas fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Plomer AFC's protests and gave Melchor Venceslas a yellow card for diving instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teofilo Iban to make the kick off. The supporters of Plomer AFC booed when Los Pechos Frios FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Bartolome didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martin Efraim was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Anier Solustiano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anier Solustiano really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serafin Errapel during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 61 played minutes Los Pechos Frios FC got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Errapel. Dante Urtun struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Martin Efraim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Plomer AFC. 68 minutes into the game, Teofilo Iban cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Esteban Enaut was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dante Urtun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Martin Efraim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martin Efraim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anier Solustiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The audience was convinced that Juan Markel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Esteban Enaut was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Teofilo Iban struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Esteban Enaut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Pechos Frios FC. Teofilo Iban might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Esteban Enaut. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teofilo Iban ran back to his position shaking his head. Plomer AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
