Emilio Jatsu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patricio Jakes in the 5th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaime Bastian in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Samuel Abascal saved Nirihau from getting behind. Severino Havier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Jakes during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Patricio Jakes kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. When Severino Havier came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Choromoro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severino Havier couldn't finish the play. After having played for 20 minutes, Severino Havier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Choromoro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severino Havier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bruno Kaxen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute Jaime Bastian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Abascal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severino Havier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Nirihau's zone, Severino Havier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuel Abascal came out of the goal and Severino Havier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Samuel Abascal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Bastian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Kaxen in the 45th minute of play forced Choromoro's goalkeeper Emilio Jatsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severino Havier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Abascal having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Bastian to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Jaime Bastian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Abascal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Choromoro's goalkeeper Emilio Jatsu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Emilio Jatsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Kaxen in the 62nd minute of the match. Emilio Jatsu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bruno Kaxen's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Bruno Kaxen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Emilio Jatsu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaime Bastian charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jaime Bastian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Patricio Jakes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bruno Kaxen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Nirihau's Arturo Ixaka got a free kick in the 89th minute. Choromoro's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 91st minute of the game, when Fulgencio Weterio after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Nirihau's goal. Fulgencio Weterio was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Severino Havier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Choromoro's supporters rose to their feet, but Severino Havier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuel Abascal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Severino Havier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Abascal having to interfere. Choromoro were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
