Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leo Perez in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristo Lluterio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ezequiel Luix in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristo Lluterio saved Salto FC from getting behind. Cristo Lluterio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Luix in the 9th minute of the match. If Leo Perez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leo Perez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Lluterio having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Perez in the 18th minute of play forced Salto FC's goalkeeper Cristo Lluterio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Guido Tancredo fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Gilada FC's protests and gave Guido Tancredo a yellow card for diving instead. Guido Tancredo hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Cristo Lluterio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Luix, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute Ezequiel Luix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Lluterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute Leo Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Lluterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45thth minute of the game Ezequiel Luix who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salto FC's Cristo Lluterio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Cristo Lluterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Luix in the 94th minute of play. The Salto FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. La Gilada FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
