After 8 played minutes, Turungun's Amancio Donzel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Osvaldo Astudillo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Turungun reached it. Osvaldo Astudillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobo Rafe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to DivididedByJoy F.C. getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Santos Lucian hit a great ball. Jacobo Rafe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Osvaldo Astudillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Rodriguinho Castolo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fausto Bartolome kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Braulio Gaufred charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Braulio Gaufred the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Turungun booed when DivididedByJoy F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Braulio Gaufred didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jacobo Rafe was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, Turungun's Osvaldo Astudillo threw himself towards the right post 51 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jacobo Rafe, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 52 minutes into the game, Turungun's Jacobo Rafe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Osvaldo Astudillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Santos Lucian during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Santos Lucian kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Amancio Donzel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Astudillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacobo Rafe in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Osvaldo Astudillo saved DivididedByJoy F.C. from getting behind. 70 minutes into the match, DivididedByJoy F.C.'s goalkeeper Osvaldo Astudillo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel Maju. Edgard Rafel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Victor Dorio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Osvaldo Astudillo made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Sebastian Bastia sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 93 in the game by Sebastian Bastia from a close distance when the talented Osvaldo Astudillo managed to make a qualified save. DivididedByJoy F.C.'s players were relieved. Turungun's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
