A wasted opportunity for Palavecino. 25 minutes into the match, Fabian Eguzki notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of C.A. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS's Iain Bishop. Iain Bishop was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonatan Sidoro's late challenge caught a Palavecino's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonatan Sidoro helped the player get up and apologised. After 32 played minutes C.A. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Sidoro. Iain Bishop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Eguzki in the 34th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mario Victoro in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Mario Victoro did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Froilan Deunoro 39 minutes into the match. A collision led to Palavecino getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Andres Gorri hit a great ball. After 49 played minutes, C.A. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS's Bautista Pochettino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Froilan Deunoro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C.A. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS reached it. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mario Victoro to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Palavecino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Sabin to maneuver through the defense. Froilan Deunoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bautista Pochettino in the 54th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, C.A. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS's Mariano Burni got a free kick in the 56th minute. After a defensive mix-up in C.A. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS's zone, Mario Abilio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iain Bishop came out of the goal and Mario Abilio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iain Bishop made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Fabian Eguzki sent off a good shot on target. Marcelino Lope sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the match, Mario Victoro notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Palavecino's Froilan Deunoro. Froilan Deunoro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 71 minutes of play, C.A. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS's Mario Victoro made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Froilan Deunoro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mario Victoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Froilan Deunoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bautista Pochettino kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Palavecino's Faustino Sabin shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 90th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Iain Bishop but with some difficulty. 92 minutes into the game, C.A. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS's Mario Victoro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Froilan Deunoro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. In the 97th minute Marcelino Lope shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Froilan Deunoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
