Jairo Telesforo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Silvestre Giro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diego Xabel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elpidio Mantzio in the 24th minute of play. Jairo Telesforo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Silvestre Giro made a huge save. Diego Xabel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isaac Estebe went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 39th minute, Elpidio Mantzio made a precise shot to the right of Diego Xabel. Diadema's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Jairo Telesforo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Diadema's supporters rose to their feet, but Jairo Telesforo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvestre Giro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Severo Sidoro made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Jairo Telesforo made a precise shot to the right of Silvestre Giro. Garré AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wilfredo Beltxe during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wilfredo Beltxe kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After 59 minutes of play, Diadema's Jairo Telesforo made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvestre Giro was left in no man's land by his defense there! 65 minutes into the match, Modesto Gabino notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Diadema's Diego Xabel. Diego Xabel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Diego Xabel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Estebe in the 69th minute of the match. The supporters of Garré AFC booed when Diadema was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristobal Domenec didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saturnino Pietro's shot from long distance in the 70th minute was not bad at all, but Diadema's Diego Xabel knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Garré AFC's zone, Cristobal Domenec stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvestre Giro came out of the goal and Cristobal Domenec tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The long shot by Samuel Natal in the 83rd minute really tested Diego Xabel's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 85th minute Isaac Estebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Xabel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Modesto Gabino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Diego Xabel made a huge save. Silvestre Giro came out of the goal and Jairo Telesforo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Diadema fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3.
