In the 19th minute, Maximino Isadore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22 played minutes Club Sporting Punta Alta got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Estevon. Ciriaco Peio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Patricio Vasco. Club Sporting Punta Alta's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Raimundo Sanchez hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Gervasio Rioja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Sanchez in the 35th minute of play. Canallas RC's Gervasio Rioja proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Canallas RC from getting a goal against them.
