Spectators: 5810 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1300, VIP seats: 10) Guillermo Brown Madryn's Victorio Montez started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, RiverPalomarFC's Abelardo Txilar got a free kick in the 3rd minute. RiverPalomarFC's Cayetano Tebaldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Montrelle in the 4th minute of play. Rolando Suero was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 11 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 10th minute of the game. One of RiverPalomarFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Guillermo Brown Madryn:s goal. In the 13th minute there was a penalty for Guillermo Brown Madryn. Jacobo Caradaro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cayetano Tebaldo. 0-2. 16 minutes into the game, Maximino Teofilio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RiverPalomarFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guillermo Brown Madryn the free kick. In the 16th minute, Maximino Teofilio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cayetano Tebaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorio Montez in the 17th minute of play. Victorio Montez took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cayetano Tebaldo. Cayetano Tebaldo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 28 minutes into the match, RiverPalomarFC's goal looked a bit too open when Victorio Montez came free, but Cayetano Tebaldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victorio Montez scored 0-4 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cayetano Tebaldo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victorio Montez in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cayetano Tebaldo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cayetano Tebaldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Montrelle in the 37th minute of the match. In the 38thth minute of the game Victorio Montez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RiverPalomarFC's Cayetano Tebaldo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cayetano Tebaldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorio Montez in the 39th minute of the match. When Aaron Montrelle came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Guillermo Brown Madryn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aaron Montrelle couldn't finish the play. After 45 minutes, Bernardino Domingues mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RiverPalomarFC and the Guillermo Brown Madryn players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th match minute, RiverPalomarFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardino Domingues to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute, Aaron Montrelle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guillermo Brown Madryn fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lino Marcones to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Aaron Montrelle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cayetano Tebaldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guillermo Brown Madryn were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after RiverPalomarFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jacobo Caradaro took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Victorio Montez heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Cayetano Tebaldo came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Guillermo Brown Madryn's Victorio Montez. But to his dismay, Victorio Montez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. A hard shot 64 in the game by Victorio Montez from a close distance when the talented Cayetano Tebaldo managed to make a qualified save. RiverPalomarFC's players were relieved. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victorio Montez in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cayetano Tebaldo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 69 minutes into the game, Aaron Montrelle recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cayetano Tebaldo. Aaron Montrelle showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. RiverPalomarFC's Cayetano Tebaldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save RiverPalomarFC from getting a goal against them. Cayetano Tebaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Montrelle in the 76th minute of play. Cayetano Tebaldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victorio Montez in the 77th minute. In the 81st play minute Victorio Montez came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Cayetano Tebaldo. 0-8. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victorio Montez got free with Cayetano Tebaldo in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cayetano Tebaldo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aaron Montrelle's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. In the 93rd minute, Lino Marcones hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Guillermo Brown Madryn's Aaron Montrelle in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye RiverPalomarFC's goalie prevented a goal. Guillermo Brown Madryn's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
