Lorenzo Martxot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 38th match minute, Paso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Casomiro to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the game, one of Paso:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Omar Salomone made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Alonzo Aritza had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Casimiro Maidana charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lorenzo Martxot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Omar Salomone was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 81 minutes had been played. Omar Salomone hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute of the match Herminio Ganix shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lorenzo Martxot showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Aldosivi mdq's Lorenzo Martxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Brion in the 86th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Anier Evarado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lorenzo Martxot. Aldosivi mdq's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anier Evarado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Lorenzo Martxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anier Evarado in the 90th minute of play. Paulo Brion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Lorenzo Martxot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Paulo Brion put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Lorenzo Martxot. Paso walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
