Jose Ubendu might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sixto Otsando. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jose Ubendu ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Jose Ubendu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sixto Otsando was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Sixto Otsando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Ubendu, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Jose Ubendu notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Celeste y Oro's Sixto Otsando. Sixto Otsando was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Alonzo Artaldo came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Viamonte fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alonzo Artaldo couldn't finish the play. Jose Ubendu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Sixto Otsando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardo Baumer during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th minute, Bernardo Baumer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th match minute, Celeste y Oro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Silbestre to maneuver through the defense. Esteban Constancio didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 40th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Jose Ubendu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Otsando having to interfere. Esteban Constancio made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Laureano Millan sent off a good shot on target. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alvaro Benet to strike the kick off in the second half. Esteban Constancio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Nuñez in the 52nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Jose Ubendu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sixto Otsando. That made the score 1-2 in the 54 minute of play. Jose Ubendu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Sixto Otsando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jose Ubendu came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Viamonte fans jumped to their feet. When Alonzo Artaldo fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Viamonte's protests and gave Alonzo Artaldo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th match minute, Viamonte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonzo Artaldo to maneuver through the defense. Esteban Constancio came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Celeste y Oro's Alvaro Benet. But to his dismay, Alvaro Benet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 70th minute, Jose Ubendu made a precise shot to the right of Sixto Otsando. Celeste y Oro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Jose Ubendu in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sixto Otsando, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Viamonte's goalkeeper Esteban Constancio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sixto Otsando stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jose Ubendu's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. In the 90th minute, Alvaro Benet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 95 minutes into the game, Celeste y Oro's Laureano Millan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Esteban Constancio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4.
