Spectators: 7184 (Terracing: 5390, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 142) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Juan James got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Marull booed when Guaminí FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Efraim didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Marull's Valentin Oalo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Silvio Pepillo. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. Paulo Gipuzkoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan James, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Arnoldo Rayman fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guaminí FC's protests and gave Arnoldo Rayman a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Guaminí FC's Arnoldo Rayman got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Valentin Oalo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Eugenio Efraim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulo Gipuzkoa was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Paulo Gipuzkoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan James, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Paulo Gipuzkoa came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Guaminí FC's Juan James. But to his dismay, Juan James quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. When Eugenio Efraim came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Guaminí FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugenio Efraim couldn't finish the play. In the 40th match minute, Marull was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Neto to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Gipuzkoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Efraim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Juan James managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guaminí FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan James was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulo Gipuzkoa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valentin Oalo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marull's Paulo Gipuzkoa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Marull from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Marull's Paulo Gipuzkoa got control of the ball when Eugenio Efraim tried to sneak it across the goal line. Valentin Oalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Pepillo having to interfere. If Arnoldo Rayman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an all-out effort, Guaminí FC's Paulo Gipuzkoa threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Juan James, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Marull's Paulo Gipuzkoa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Marull from getting a goal against them. Juan James blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Gipuzkoa having to make a save. 77 minutes into the game, one of Marull:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 83 minutes into the game, Angelino Ermengol was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marull's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guaminí FC the free kick. Angelino Ermengol kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Eugenio Efraim's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Paulo Gipuzkoa firmly grabbed it by the left post. Eugenio Efraim in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paulo Gipuzkoa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Valentin Oalo struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Silvio Pepillo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marull. Paulo Gipuzkoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan James in the 94th minute of play. Eugenio Efraim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
