Spectators: 7270 (Terracing: 5454, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zacarias Iaki kicked off to start the match. Fabricio Vargas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When %teams%'s Fabricio Vargas was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-0 just inside the left pole, 6 minutes into the game. Roman Dalmau was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Roman Dalmau came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Cafayete FC's Erasmo Niva. But to his dismay, Erasmo Niva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Conrado Arotza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Iaki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute Gervasio Orlandus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Arotza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 19 minutes, Arnulfo Etxeberri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Progreso AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnulfo Etxeberri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 23rd match minute, Cafayete FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Bernebe to maneuver through the defense. Conrado Arotza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Iaki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute of the match, Fabricio Vargas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Roman Dalmau saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 32nd minute Fabricio Vargas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Dalmau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roman Dalmau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Niva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 played minutes Progreso AFC got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Gonsalve. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zacarias Iaki in the 40th minute of play forced Cafayete FC's goalkeeper Conrado Arotza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Arnulfo Etxeberri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Arotza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Zacarias Iaki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Conrado Arotza was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. If Zacarias Iaki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Erasmo Niva scored 4-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roman Dalmau, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 59 minutes into the match, Cafayete FC's goalkeeper Conrado Arotza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidoro Gonsalve. 60 minutes into the match, Cafayete FC's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Heriberto came free, but Conrado Arotza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Cafayete FC's goalkeeper Conrado Arotza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zacarias Iaki. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Niva in the 62nd minute of play forced Progreso AFC's goalkeeper Roman Dalmau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 minutes, Isidoro Gonsalve mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Progreso AFC and the Cafayete FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd match minute, Progreso AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Gonsalve to maneuver through the defense. Roman Dalmau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabricio Vargas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidoro Gonsalve might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Conrado Arotza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isidoro Gonsalve ran back to his position shaking his head. Arnulfo Etxeberri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Fabricio Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cafayete FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabricio Vargas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roman Dalmau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 70th minute Efrain Frasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Dalmau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zacarias Iaki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Conrado Arotza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gervasio Orlandus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Progreso AFC defense, Efrain Frasco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roman Dalmau. The Progreso AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roman Dalmau should have stopped the shot. Ezequiel Raymond kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Zacarias Iaki's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Conrado Arotza skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 88 minutes, Prudencio Heriberto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Progreso AFC and the Cafayete FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Prudencio Heriberto hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Ramon Santana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roman Dalmau having to make a save. If Gervasio Orlandus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Conrado Arotza was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arnulfo Etxeberri showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-2 in the 97 minute of play.
