After having played for 11 minutes, Javier Isadore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Newpi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Javier Isadore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Los Pibes Magos's Gabriel Frances got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20th minute, Venancio Baumer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Frances sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santiago Tavio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Javier Isadore went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 41st minute, Astor Kusko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Los Pibes Magos's Gabriel Frances got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Javier Isadore came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Newpi fans jumped to their feet. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernardino Esquipula to make the kick off. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Donato Rojelio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Santiago Tavio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardino Esquipula in the 65th minute of the match. If Javier Isadore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donato Rojelio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Astor Kusko in the 74th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Javier Isadore could shoot a difficult shot in the 76th minute, which Santiago Tavio however easily saved by the left post. If Gabriel Frances had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julian Damario kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Los Pibes Magos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Bernardino Esquipula scored to the left of an out of position Santiago Tavio, making the score, 0-2. If Benigno Giro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Javier Isadore got free with Santiago Tavio in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
