In the 5th minute, Marco Azevedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bartolo Federigo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A collision led to Millonarios getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Marco Azevedo hit a great ball. After 11th play minutes Delmiro Beltxe shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Justino Cordero and just under the crossbar into goal. After 16 played minutes Atlético Nicolas got a freekick which was hit by Marciano Txordon. In the 16th minute, Felipe Galeno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bartolo Federigo came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Millonarios's Segundo Isidor. But to his dismay, Segundo Isidor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 21 played minutes Atlético Nicolas got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Orlandus. 25 minutes into the match, Millonarios's goalkeeper Justino Cordero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Delmiro Beltxe. Delmiro Beltxe in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Justino Cordero, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 35th minute of the game. One of Millonarios:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Atlético Nicolas:s goal. Justino Cordero went to the wrong direction when Joaquin Gaitano was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 40th minute, Millonarios's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Delmiro Beltxe fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Segundo Isidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartolo Federigo having to interfere. Segundo Isidor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Bartolo Federigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marco Azevedo made a kick off. Fulgencio Asteri, 52 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Segundo Isidor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bartolo Federigo. Atlético Nicolas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Segundo Isidor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético Nicolas's goalkeeper Bartolo Federigo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eulalio Cordarrel hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Delmiro Beltxe sped through Millonarios's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Justino Cordero. 78 minutes into the match, Millonarios's goal looked a bit too open when Delmiro Beltxe came free, but Justino Cordero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Segundo Isidor got free with Bartolo Federigo in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Delmiro Beltxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Cordero having to interfere. Justino Cordero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Beltxe, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Justino Cordero came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Nicolas's Delmiro Beltxe. But to his dismay, Delmiro Beltxe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. The Millonarios players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Atlético Nicolas from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
