After 94 played minutes, Gordoneta FC's Nunez Eguntsenti shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Román Martinez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gordoneta FC reached it. 96 minutes into the match, Matadores de Pilar's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Lucero came free, but Román Martinez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gordoneta FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
