Spectators: 7199 (Terracing: 5401, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) Jobson 's Eulalio Balendin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eulalio Balendin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Astor Jacindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Tipi, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Rene Indalecio hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Eloy Tipi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Astor Jacindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eloy Tipi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Jacindo having to interfere. After 17 minutes of play, Tambillo's Vladimiro Michael made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Astor Jacindo was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Jobson 's Astor Jacindo got control of the ball when Vladimiro Michael tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Jobson 's zone, Blas Inautzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Astor Jacindo came out of the goal and Blas Inautzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the match, Tambillo's Eloy Tipi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Astor Jacindo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ariel Osmundo's late challenge caught a Tambillo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ariel Osmundo helped the player get up and apologised. Ariel Osmundo hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Vladimiro Michael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Jacindo having to interfere. Vladimiro Michael recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute, Eulalio Balendin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tambillo's Eloy Tipi got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vladimiro Michael got free with Astor Jacindo in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 42 minutes, Albino Roldan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jobson and the Tambillo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 42 played minutes Jobson got a freekick which was hit by Albino Roldan. Jobson 's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Eloy Tipi scored to the left of an out of position Astor Jacindo, making the score, 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eloy Tipi made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eulalio Balendin in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcial Orlin saved Tambillo from getting behind. Eulalio Balendin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Marcial Orlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jobson 's Astor Jacindo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Michael in the 61st minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Jobson 's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Michael came free, but Astor Jacindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelino Galindo hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Vladimiro Michael got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Balendin in the 80th minute of play forced Tambillo's goalkeeper Marcial Orlin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Jobson getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Rene Indalecio hit a great ball. 87 minutes in the game, Eloy Tipi dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erasmo Txerran got free with Marcial Orlin in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jobson 's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
