In the 33rd minute Jimeno Selatse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Ixaka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34thth minute of the game Ovidio Tancredo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alcaraz FC's Francisco Ixaka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Inmigrantes de Quilmes's Jimeno Selatse sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Francisco Ixaka narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a left leg Francisco Ixaka saved Alcaraz FC from getting behind. After having played for 94 minutes, Ovidio Tancredo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inmigrantes de Quilmes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ovidio Tancredo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Inmigrantes de Quilmes supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Inmigrantes de Quilmes would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
