Leonel Goyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Primeiro having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Ronaldinho Fc's Leonel Goyo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. If Nicolas Sazon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benjamin Quilo charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benjamin Quilo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 34 played minutes Ronaldinho Fc got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Quilo. In the 36th minute of the match Joker F.C got a corner. Ronaldinho Fc's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Urbano Ugaitz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Joker F.C's Urbano Ugaitz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Feliciano Calvet in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Feliciano Calvet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Teodor in the 38th minute of the match. Nicolas Sazon struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Feliciano Calvet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Joker F.C. 46 minutes into the match, Ronaldinho Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Sazon came free, but Feliciano Calvet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonel Goyo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Salvador Bikendi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Joker F.C and the Ronaldinho Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Joker F.C's Salvador Bikendi got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Mateo Primeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosendo Amaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rosendo Amaya recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 59 played minutes Joker F.C got a freekick which was hit by Armando Cefero. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Amaya in the 61st minute of play forced Joker F.C's goalkeeper Mateo Primeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Rosendo Amaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mateo Primeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonel Goyo in the 70th minute of the match. Ronaldinho Fc's Rosendo Amaya got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Armando Cefero fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Joker F.C's protests and gave Armando Cefero a yellow card for diving instead. In the 73rd match minute, Joker F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Cefero to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Sazon in the 78th minute of play forced Ronaldinho Fc's goalkeeper Feliciano Calvet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Aaron Maraman came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Ronaldinho Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aaron Maraman couldn't finish the play. In the 91st match minute, Ronaldinho Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prudencio Romo to maneuver through the defense. After 92 played minutes Joker F.C got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Sazon. 95 minutes into the match, Joker F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Rosendo Amaya came free, but Mateo Primeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Joker F.C's goalkeeper Mateo Primeiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
