Villarreal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Florencio Victoro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Amaya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siro Jatsu in the 6th minute of play forced Don Torcuato FC's goalkeeper Bruno Amaya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabricio Argina's late challenge caught a Villarreal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabricio Argina helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Villarreal FC booed when Don Torcuato FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabricio Argina didn't get a good kick on the ball. During the 8th minute of the match Fabricio Argina completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Fabricio Argina a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Villarreal FC booed when Don Torcuato FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabricio Argina didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Don Torcuato FC's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Jatsu came free, but Bruno Amaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Villarreal FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Juan Ramone hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Don Torcuato FC's Severiano Silbestre tried to score from far away in the 14th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the game, Villarreal FC's Florencio Victoro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Amaya made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Bruno Amaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siro Jatsu in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Don Torcuato FC's Severino Chorche sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julian Christobal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Don Torcuato FC's Bruno Amaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Jatsu in the 29th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Siro Jatsu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Amaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siro Jatsu in the 44th minute of play.

The wind increased when Siro Jatsu made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Siro Jatsu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Bruno Amaya, passed just outside the right post. Bruno Amaya made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Florencio Victoro sent off a good shot on target. Florencio Victoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Amaya having to interfere. If Severino Chorche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 67 played minutes Villarreal FC got a freekick which was hit by Teodosio Elija. Siro Jatsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Villarreal FC's Florencio Victoro got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 74 played minutes Don Torcuato FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Orain. Siro Jatsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Bruno Amaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Siro Jatsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Siro Jatsu in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Amaya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bernardo Orain kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. When Siro Jatsu came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Villarreal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Siro Jatsu couldn't finish the play. With his leg Bruno Amaya managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Villarreal FC's Florencio Victoro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Siro Jatsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Don Torcuato FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Siro Jatsu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardo Orain during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Adrian Abalos, 96 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Villarreal FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
